Also, you must know that a small amount of bleeding is normal and your infant boy may not behave like his usual self a day or two after the procedure such as eating less, etc. Although, if you notice that he can go eight hours without a wet diaper, produces a fever, or there is a foul odor or swelling around the site, you should contact your pediatrician.
Less time than the umbilical cord, your baby should be healed within seven to ten days after the circumcision.
